About the role
Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Tropicana and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue.
We have millions of ARR, best-in-class growth, and best in class efficiency. We’ve recently raised an unannounced funding round to build on the existing momentum.
You will be the right hand to the CEO working on our most important initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Drive and execute on the most important business challenges — You’ll be handed ambiguous problems that will require qualitative (talking to users, research competitive landscape, etc) and quantitative (creating models, pulling data, etc) analysis to propose and execute on solutions (our standard for execution is business outcomes not just powerpoint slides).
- Ensure we’re marching in the right direction — You’ll ensure teams stay focused on the right priorities by supporting quarterly planning, company-wide communications, and improving KPI tracking. You'll streamline execution, remove bottlenecks, and ensure everyone has the visibility needed to make informed decisions as we scale.

About You:
- You've started your own company before or worked in a high performance environment (banking, consulting, investing, high growth startups) for at least 3 years
- You’re both competitive and kind
- Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
